Looking for a Change Management Consultant having around 5-7 years of end to end OCM experience managing the different scenarios of change in transition, solution implementation, role changes, job loss and resistance, stakeholders managemenent,impact assesment,change readiness assistance, global mobility,etc
Readiness to work across multiple projects
Should have very good written and oral communication skills
Project duration will be 6 months can even be extendable to a year
Project location is Bangalore
